Claude Delafosse isn't very serious. When asked to introduce himself, he hesitates between jack-of-all-trades, good-for-nothing, hair chalk, creative guy, tinkerer, transformer, tearer, paper-wrangler, amateur animator, illustrious failure, word-writer, autistic painter, counter-pet artist, idea maker, myopic with stigmata, try-everything... He likes words but he doesn't like to say he's an artist.

Claude Delafosse is therefore an underground artist who makes things. Things that are a bit ephemeral, not quite finished, not quite fixed, full of poetry and shifts. Each piece, each film is a little spark that illuminates our lives with its own particular light, each object can shine through it with its multiple facets...
