Depending on your interests or desires, you should find what you're looking for among the many exhibitions on offer at Arterritoires... and if not, don't worry, we're here!

Because we can also:
• Advise you on the choice of works and series offered by artists (that’s free!).
• Work on developing thematic exhibitions linked to your cultural and event calendar (on quote).
• Organize a local cultural event which would aim to set up a tour route accompanied by several exhibitions (on estimate).

HAS How often should you offer an Arterritoires exhibition?

Setting up an exhibition is good...
It’s better to implement them regularly!

So, why not try presenting one every semester? One every quarter? One every month? For 3 or more exhibitions, sliding scale rates apply!
Time will allow you to raise awareness among your audience about contemporary art, which will welcome new events with increasing curiosity and happiness ;-)
It is also possible to set up exhibitions simultaneously and in several locations. This is, for example, the choice made by the municipality of Cluny (Saône-et-Loire), during the 2020 Heritage Days.

When should you propose an Arterritoires exhibition?

When possible, it is a good idea to coordinate an exhibition with local, regional, or national cultural or social events. The municipality of Wasselonne (Bas-Rhin, 5,600 inhabitants) chose to exhibit just before the Christmas holidays; that of Genainville (Val d'Oise, 540 inhabitants) took the opportunity of a producers' fair.

How to optimize the visibility of an exhibition?

The success of an exhibition depends on many factors. Here are some important steps and decisions to make it happen. Once you've made some choices, you can organize your back-plan.

• Set your exhibition dates to integrate them into your programming.
• Choose exhibition locations carefully (see our Practical Information ).
• Prepare a press release to distribute to the local press and on your social networks.
• Create a poster to distribute to shops and the tourist office (We have a template to personalize if you are interested ;-)
• Organize a private viewing or meetings involving schools, colleges, associations, seniors, etc.

Simultaneous poster campaigns can, for example, be the occasion for a tour opening.
To prepare for meetings and discussions, you will find links on each artist's page allowing you to complete and enrich the displayed presentation, to familiarize yourself with their work, or even to contact them to ask your questions.

Can we organize meetings with the exhibited artists?

Absolutely! Most of our artists are happy to get out of their studios and meet their audiences. Opening receptions, workshops, and various other events are possible. Ask us for details.

Can an exhibition be moved?

You can move an exhibition to your municipality exclusively or to your establishment to reach the greatest possible view, at no additional cost.

However , if you wish to lend an exhibition to a neighboring municipality / a partner administration / a friendly association / etc., you must make a declaration in advance to Arterritoires. We will then provide you with a personalized quote which will include the additional royalties to be paid and a minimal contribution to administrative costs.
