Is the contents of your package damaged?

Ouch! We promise to replace your order as quickly as possible, with free shipping.
Take a photo of the package (or what's left of it...) upon receipt, and send it within 24 hours to contact@arterritoires.com with your customer references.
If your package is delivered against signature, notify the carrier of the damage.

It goes without saying that we cannot be held responsible for any handling errors or damage to your prints. Please be aware, however, that...

The 'Some advice' sheet and the 'Technical sheet', both attached to your exhibition order, give you some tips to ensure the exhibition is a success.
A video is also available on the presentation pages of each exhibition in the section 'How to stick your posters'.

If a budding artist has added their signature or graffiti to a poster, we can replace the damaged poster at your expense. Take a photo and contact us for the price (reprint + delivery).
